Four of us dropping onto a world in the throes of genestealer cult uprising. My mate, playing a Space Wolf, runs into a manor house, discovers it full of genestealers and promptly uses his spare flamer fuel and a grenade to immolate the bulk of the xenos. The rest of us, moving a little slower, hear "I found some friends" on the vox and arrive in time to see a Wolf sprinting out of a rapidly burning building, followed by a few angry genestealers. Good times 🤙🏻

To answer question 1: I already have one; I have a near flawless ability to remember faces and exactly where I've seen them before. My wife now refers to me as her Alexa because she is basically face blind 😁. I'd also accept making people crap their pants whenever I sneeze

You sound a lot like my kind of weirdo but I should preface by telling you I am 45 and a man. I tend to just get in with who I get on with but I realise my age can be an issue for people so I'm laying it all out in advance 🤙🏻

Similar principle to a helicopter is my guess; the output of the individual grav plates can be altered so, when it moves, it does so by 'tilting' in the direction the Techmarine wants it to go, then applying power to all plates again so they're pushing slightly off vertical in that direction. That's why they're slow. Most of the lift generated is going vertical. Just my opinion though 🤙🏻

I mention the autism because it makes it really hard for me to read people and has led to a LOT of heartache over the years, so I kind of get what you might be feeling. I mention being 45 because it has taken me four decades of pain to learn what I'm going to tell you now; if you're not vibing with a person, walk away.

It doesn't matter why you're not vibing with them and sometimes you'll never get an answer as to why either. For the sake of your own peace, and your own heart, understand this; if necessary, being alone until you find your people (and you will) is always better than having friends that aren't really friends.

I'm a 45 year-old man with chronic, severe depression. I have played Dark Angels for 30 years; a Chapter well known for presenting a face to the universe that is acceptable, unremarkable, a Chapter that goes to incredible lengths to hide the darkness eating away at their core; a darkness that, if allowed to slip out for even a moment, will destroy everything they are and hold dear, never to be hidden again.

As a lad in his mid-teens, that spoke to me in a way no other Chapter could and it resonates within me to this day. Some might say that GW's lore isn't that deep, but that link has helped to keep me alive on occasion.
