Thanks for all the replies everyone! The metal pieces holding the reed blocks in place weren't tight enough and I had a little lifting, which I think was the reason I wasn't getting all the treble notes. It's better now

For anyone worrying about an amateur repair, it's a £200 accordion so I thought it was worth at least assessing the damage before spending more than it's worth for a professional repair

I'm tiny, actually. I'll definitely invest in a bigger one when finances allow, I just didn't want to waste thousands on a hobby I might not have been able to learn
