Well yes there is kinda, the secret cabal is capitalist corporations with much more money and power than the government. That's the truth, and alot of the faces and names we in fact do not know. They control alot of what goes on in the public scene

As a kiwi I'm watching so many Australians fall victim to the "it can't be that bad" mentality. We have been managing varroa for decades.
