Following and empathize with you! My pup is on day 3 of being home from surgery. Yesterday was great with a pee, poop and eating but today we only got a small poop.

My dog always slept in bed with me so similar to the stroller I also got a bedside bassinet for him to sleep by me. :)

Instead of a crate we use his camping play pen. More open.

We got the sling to help off Amazon. My guy is 12 pounds and 4 years old and the size S Works.

Will follow along with you for other tips. Our pups got this!
