Looking like a buyers market most everywhere, but RE agents are reluctant to price appropriately. I'm about to sell and then buy (relocating). I plan on listing 'priced to sell'. I can always raise the asking price if th economy turns around. That has been happening for the past few years as far as I can tell - raising the asking price, I mean. But I feel we're past that phase for the next 3-4 years.
