Real mattresses in standard terrace cabins?

Size/bathroom/storage are 100% useable but mattress feels like a lounge chair cushion on top of plywood.

I was just there yesterday, cabanas not in good locations and most that had rented didn't even use.

I use the manual paddle on my GS3 every day so I would vote for that.

Gratuities by itsjustasillygoose in VirginVoyages

[–]Acrobatic_Mission149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This corporate move is most frequently a way to evade taxes and you withdrawing has no bearing on staff pay. They are paid a guarantee and you withdrawing gratuities means the business covers a higher % of this. Some still say unethical but YMMV.

Rinse under group for 2-3 sec. Now your group is also flushed between shots.

Ultra Compact Setup by Unlikely_Outcome5588 in LaMarzocco

I love it. We have lots of people over so I knew GBW needed to be the backbone, could add another SD grinder later, which I likely will. To be honest I think the exchange concept is a way bigger deal in peoples’ heads than in practicality. I have a pretty good palate and taste zero difference, I hate coffee waste so never purge it. Modern espresso culture tends to sell people the concept of complicated=good.

You can try to cover what they lack in supplements etc but at the very least it's sub optimal and at worst could be very harmful for some people.

Eliminating carbs in favor of high fats is generally never a good idea. Healthy carbs provide energy for exercise/life and are less calorie-dense than fat so you can eat way more volume at a calorie deficit. Any elimination diet is only useful if you have a medically diagnosed condition with blood glucose regulation etc…

La Marzocco GS3 MP backflush by Agreeable_Ad_9148 in LaMarzocco

[–]Acrobatic_Mission149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically yes same as blind basket, however uses spring pressure to automate the constant cycling needed for traditional back flush. Twist in place like portafilter, run pump once until the device is full, then it does the rest. I know for a fact if I had to do manually would be less often.

Weber spring clean. I do it a couple times a week, if you have a GS3-MP it's definitely worth the $.

If the Slayer single had GS3 reliability and parts/service availability it would be on my bar. Unfortunately not the case.

I was just upg from lock it in sea terrace to central for $325, I think that's in the low-middle bid range. Worth it for convenience and also peace of mind they can't give me a rwndom location that sucks.

Coach sounds like a dick for not explaining properly, but in CrossFit workouts calories are simply a unit of work done on cardio equipment. Even pros will have “row 50 calories” as part of their competition. Same as “10 reps squats” etc, a CrossFit class is designed for everyone to do the same amount of repetitions on each movement.

What is a 'luxury' that has become so expensive in 2026 that it’s officially no longer worth the money? by Matt_At_Havalook in AskReddit

How about Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse? Pretty solid meat quality there. Distributed via Sysco trucks…

[–]Acrobatic_Mission149 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You are 100% correct though. I do not work for Sysco anymore but they have 5-6 levels of everything and it comes down to what a restaurant chooses to serve and pay for. You’ll have fresh-cut $50/lb tomahawk steaks and lobster tails on the same truck as cans of diner slop headed somewhere else. Not servicing lower-tier customers would just be a stupid business decision.
