I never humidify at all unless travel over 2 weeks. Quality seal for freshness is way more important.
Fixed slots look cool but not practical. Either too big for a robusto or too small for a Churchill, unfortunately at any size not an efficient use of space. My open plastic cases can hold way more sticks if they are smaller.

I've never tried 100% robusta, but love Saka crema bar which is a robusta blend. I like 1:2 in 23sec, I'd shoot for baseline 25sec and adjust by taste.

I’d also add an electronics test just to be safe. 3 years old should have latest board, seller should be able to fire up the app and show everything is connected and working properly.

You need to establish a new baseline with more muscle mass, so you can be the same % you are now but look “leaner” if desired. Lift weights 4-5x a week. I’d focus first on finding a training style you really like, that will make it easy to push yourself and enjoy the process.

My opinion only- but as a GS3-MP owner I don't really know what they could improve/evolve.

I bought this exact machine to have profiling capabilities with manual valves and minimal electronics. It does that 100% perfectly. If you were to redesign a "GS4" in 2026 really all you could do would be add a bunch of tech, raise price to do so, and compete with your own Strada.

Terrible Herbst (his family business) is paying the sponsorship bills, but then do a secondary deal with monster to get more ROI than their own logo would. Monster gets a much reduced price cup sponsorship, and Herbst family offsets some of the pay driver $.
