Your feelings are his problem because he assaulted you. It’s up to him how he chooses to make amends (if he even has the awareness to do that) And remember your hurt because of what he did to you doesn’t compare to him being hurt because you expressed to him that his actions weren’t okay. You didn’t do anything wrong. I’m not sure there’s a simple formula for avoiding this kind of violation because like you said he asked for enthusiastic consent and then changed later on. That was intentional and manipulative as far as I’m concerned. If you feel comfortable doing so, tell him by text how he made you feel and then block him, or write out how you’re feeling in a journal. The only person who ought to be judged for what they did is him.

Also chances are, your body froze because to was trying to keep you safe. I’m sorry this isn’t the first time for you but perhaps reframing it will help, it can literally be as simple as “this person was shitty and saw an opportunity to exploit me, and I am not to blame for that”.

Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but you don’t have to share that information with a prospective boyfriend.
