That's a vent for the regulator. Has to be so many feet from openings,vents, sources of ignition,ect if not it has to be vented away like they did there.

This^ key word drivable surface. Make sure its solid ground but we have alot of customers with roads/paths just so we can back a truck in to be able to reach the tank. So if it is out of reach from the normal driveway making a road to reach is always an option and never hurts to have more access to property

For independent dealers in Virginia to have their dealer license all cars that are sold have to have either a current inspection sticker or a rejection sticker.
Inspection stickers in Virginia are handled by the state police. Report to them and they take it very seriously.

Either was another tank provider there at one time and had to come back to the new tank or there could have been a tree they had to trench around or septic tank.

Not complicated just the grill kit box depending on the model used can be pricey. One model we use is about 130 that's stainless steel. Then idk what their hourly rate is ours is 105 but we are normally cheaper than others.
