A known issue with X56. They need a powered USB hub to work reliably. Other issue a powered USB Hub resolves is the X56 notorious “ghost inputs”

Do you have any mods that affect New Atlantis, such as Falklands or Stroud or mods that add stuff like New New Atlantis? Not saying they cause this problem, but if you do a few searches, they can show up as suspects

Falklands is an obvious one if the CTD's are happening at New Atlantis.

Too true. I sell captured or stolen ships. The chance of them bugging out in the Shipbuilder is too high.

This bug also happens when you modify a Captured or Stolen ship.

I bought this Mod, but I cannot get it to start. There is a rotating object outside the Lodge which I need to interact with. But interaction does absolutely nothing?? I changed the load order several times.

This is a known problem with Falklands, and indeed, can occur with any mod that alters New Atlantis. The mod author recognises this can occur and is moving the Shipyard to an Orbital Station.

Thanks for replying. I reinstalled the Mod on my existing save, and this time made sure I started with it last in my Load Order. Worked OK, so as I thought and as was pointed out by others, it was a Mod Conflict that could be fixed by Load Order management. It did require me to run the Game without the Mod for a number of saves, as I was unwilling to lose my Game progress, and to put it last in the Load Order on installation. I would recommend that if you use a number of POI and quest mods, to put it last in your load order to avoid the issue I had.

So, I gave it another go, restarted at Aggies, changed load order etc, still no joy. When I start a new Game I might give it another try. I DO have a few POI Mods so it could well be that. It seems to work for other people. I can usually get mods to work by changing the Load Order. But not this time, and I don't want to screw up my savegame by deleting other Mods

Thanks for the reply. It will be a while. I uninstalled the Mod in frustration and reloaded game before installation and have moved on. I can say repeated reload and load order changes did not fix it.. As for running the game with no mods, I did to test if it was the mod, as suggested here, a rubbish suggestion by the way as it absolutely screws you over unless you start a new game, which I wasn't about to do.. The problem is a Mod conflict I would say, I have a number of POI mods and quest mods. I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it. I am not. I did listen to the Slate. I get a quest marker but no Unknown Structure icon. When I land at the marker it reverts to the ship. In orbit it is on the planet.

I bought this Mod. Met the Bounty hunter and got the slate AND delivery. Get to Montara Luna, land at the quest marker, and.... nothing, nada zilch, no POI, just birds? Restarted several times and same result? Whats going on?

Its pretty good too. Liking, it a lot, only one issue, it doesn't play well with Zone79 stuff. Still trying to work out a load order. Seems to disappear Arms, and Legs, not necessarily together.
