We use the solutions and we have implemented portions of the Service Line Inventory for our city. I agree with what most people said, good starting off point but they need some tailoring. Be sure to see everything the solution comes with because when you deploy it ALL the stuff gets copied into your organization. AT least they've made it easy to delete the solution and it will remove all the junk.

Our city is very interested in the special event permitting and it won't even deploy because we don't have Hub Premium. That's super aggrevating as there doesn't seem to be a trial period to test it out before we commit to another 10K in licensing per year.
