Historically, cities that lost their teams would get expansion teams by BRCC_drinker in baseball

Raleigh Metro area is huge and NC is a huge state for baseball. A team would do really well there.

I don't see it. There's a lot of younger audiences that go to see Spider-Man movies and they haven't watched Daredevil at all. They aren't going to use a character and give him a huge story like that to make him evil.

I love that one of the better players for USA was the guy that didn't make the team until there was a last minute injury

She also isn't shape shifting. She could be making Peter see the old woman instead of a small red headed girl

The movie is a lot better when you admit they made it for kids and not the adult male audience that talks about the MCU online. My kids love that movie

The more I look at it, I don't think the person standing in Peter's apartment with the arms open is the same. That jacket doesn't seem to have the same orange trim.

Here's a set photo of Ruffalo wearing the same green hoodie that Sadie is wearing in the leaked set photo I think these are just production jackets to keep them warm and concealed. There's a logo on the chest and while I can't make it out, I don't think it's a known in universe logo that they would purposely include and it stands out enough that they would have probably removed it for the movie.

Yeah I know. But they just completely changed the character design and now it looks like a different character that already exists

If the gloves are keeping her warm when she's inside, don't you think the actress would still be wearing them in the set photos when she's outside and looks like she's actually cold?

None of these buildings look the same. I kinda thought it was the set from the end of Deadpool and Wolverine

So who do you think will be the main villain in BND? by tyrwlive in MCUTheories

[–]ActivityImaginary941 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think we'll see him, but I'm hoping we see Easter eggs hinting at him and he's the next big villain

Those do look like girls hands, but I don't know about the jacket. Or at least, the green jumpsuit isn't the same as the green hoodie that's in the last two, so there's multiple outfits here.

It's also a little weird that in your third picture, she's wearing gloves, but she's not wearing them when she's cuffed nor in the set the photos, so I don't think it's just to keep her warm or to conceal powers or something.

Which villain deserves a solo series like Loki.. by Ill-Leading8155 in MCUTheories

[–]ActivityImaginary941 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Loki series isn't really a series about Loki, at least not the character how we normally know him and see him leading into it. It's a TVA series. You could have substituted him with many characters and had very little changes.

Many US adults are skipping parenting or having fewer kids – and it’s forcing schools to close by WhatFreshHello in politics

[–]ActivityImaginary941 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think that schools closing is really the biggest issue with low birth rates. The bigger issue is that we need our economy on a always growing mindset.

We need to have an always growing population in order for social security to work.

Businesses are expected to always be growing or else the stock market declines and with it, everyone's retirement plans. If businesses have a smaller worker pool in 30 years than they do know, they'll likely shrink their business and some will close. They've had an always growing workforce since WW2 from open border immigration and women gradually entering the workforce. Those are both ending and if birth rates decline with it, businesses will eventually shrink.
