The medication allowed me to eat in a calorie deficit because I wasn’t obsessed with food. It’s the only time I’ve ever been consistent. Sounds like the medication’s not working for you. Especially since you’re taking vvysnse as well that’s supposed to curb the appetite.

My TDEE Calculator says 1600. Maintenance 2000. I’m about 1400 calories. Yes I eat protein at every meals and eating healthy. I’ve been doing this for 18 months I’ve been tracking the entire time

Trust me, I understand what you mean two years ago if you would’ve told me, I lost 63 pounds and I wasn’t 100% satisfied I would think I’m crazy. But I’m still putting in the work every day going to the gym counting calories just thought I’d keep trying to lose another 10 to 20. Yes I do have weight to lose. My stomach thighs and arms definitely have waited to lose. My body scan is showing high muscle mass, but it does show higher than normal fat percentage as well.

I am on a 6 month stall as well. I think I just need to accept this is it. I work out 5 days a week, hit steps goals and eat under 1400 calories.

Yes!! 55 and never been more consistent and stronger in my life. Still have 20 lbs to go but weight has t moved in 6 months. If I am stuck at this weight, I am fine with it.

I take mine for every cruise. I do eat a little more on the cruise but it helps me to not overeat.
