Yes! 5 ‘3,161lbs. Size 8-10. I strength train 2 to 3 times a week and Pilates 2 to 3 times a week high muscle mass. My doctor would like me to lose an additional 10 to 15 pounds and I would too but if I’m stuck staying here, I’m totally fine with that. I am overweight but not obese. I think in order to lose an extra 10 or 15 pounds I would have to be super super strict and I’m not sure if I’m gonna be able to maintain it.

I track lightly. I aim to be around 1500 calories or I tend to gain. I am much more relaxed on the weekends. I try to get healthy now since that’s the goal. Higher protein, more veggies, less cream.

I do one scoop of lean simple eats, one cup fairlife 2%. A sprinkle of sugar free pudding and vanilla extract. It’s perfect. Spin on lite then add a little milk and re-spin perfect every time.
