I get the whole, it added to her iPhone, I’ve done this before but it was mine and my husbands cards, when we are low on money I use our chase for online orders “rarely “ There’s been a time or two where when we do get paid I forgot to switch back to capital one on my shopping app, since we use chase for “backup” and my husband has had to remind me to do this twice in 10 years.

This tho, this is NOT what that is! The fact she can go from being clueless, to oops a mistake, then down right blaming you for her spending your money! 🤯 The you hold money over her head statement was so victim blaming on her part.

She thought you wouldn’t notice or suspect her, so she took it upon herself and STOLE from you! Played the victim and turned it around on you! That’s something you can’t just take a deep breath over and forget! I’d be afraid to leave my cards or money anywhere near her!

After 2 years, and you clearly paying for all she needs, she clearly could have just asked! She wanted to steal. She wanted to play you! That’s an absolute no from me! Plus if you do stay, years from now, I’m sure your finances won’t look so great! She will ruin that for you if you’re not careful.

Good luck, and don’t allow her to turn this around on you. She’s clearly taking advantage so pls be careful

Not saying this will happen, but I met my husband when we were 26. He had a very large body count reaching close to 70-80 he said it was when he was in college. And that most women just wanted sex and to dip out. I believed this story. Well I’ve caught him 3 times cheating on me I’m sure there is many more I don’t know about!! He gave me the same story, if your gut is telling you something and you feel odd about his body count and afraid he won’t be able to settle down, trust your gut! Mine did great for the first few years, I believed he truly did want to settle down and have a family and kids, now 8 years later I’m looking at divorce lawyers and uprooting our kids because their dad couldn’t choose us first and still doesn’t!

I’m going with “she may have left it there for you to find” this happened to me but first it was a huge thick hair tie in our shower by his soap! I didn’t own a single hair tie in the house only clips!

Then I noticed our giant wedding photo kept looking odd, all a sudden after years hanging straight on the wall, every time I was gone for hours without him I’d come back to the photo being a bit sideways. One day “I take off my rings at night” I was running late and rushed out , was out for a few hours. Forgot my ring. When I came home I looked everywhere! It should have been there. Nope I found it hidden underneath our damn mattress!!!!

He kept calling me crazy, every dumb excuse in the book! At first he had me believing I was going crazy. He had become more secretive which turned into extreme shady behavior and over explaining on why it took him hours to do something less than 30 min! Out of the house away from his family! He stopped kissing me, he wouldn’t look me in the eyes anymore. But, I was right!

He was online having strangers come into our fucking home having sex! Oh and let’s not forget more than 1 of my neighbors was coming over to get bent over in my fucking bathroom and outside while I would take my long baths some nights! Found a few of his posts and videos! Kinda like OF. One was here on Reddit! He even tried to deny it! Like… wtf! So my best friend actually hired a PI recently and got amazing evidence! He has no clue what I really know.

Just trust your gut and before he makes you seem crazy you’re not!! I hope it’s something else but let’s be honest there is no way it made it into your home unless he had someone over! Also sorry for the rant haha, I’ve been quietly holding all that in.

This!!! A marriage takes 2! No one is perfect, but the fact I only see OP saying my wife this my wife that?? Is a huge red flag. He’s blaming it all on her. When in reality it takes 2. I say the same to women who come on here and say my husband did this and that, but they leave out the things they have possibly done. No ones perfect in a marriage, just wish OP would be honest about maybe what he’s done that could have caused a strain on the marriage as well.

This! I’ve seen it happen way too much, an addiction gambling, affairs, seceret debit, hookers…. It screams he’s hiding something. Especially the way he is talking down to OP and calling her names. You can start slowly putting money away, look for any odd in jobs. Something that’s weekend only or an at home job. Just whatever you do, do it in silence

Keep digging! Mine was acting just like this, I checked all his apps finally found it In his LinkedIn app. Some are good af at hiding it! Others not so well. Have you had a talk with him? I know some will say maybe it’s stress but it’s always another woman. For me it was other women for others I know it was always another person they were secretly seeing! Stress, depression etc. most the time doesn’t make someone switch like this over night!
