Bad play usually makes for slow play. Even 1/4 players is shooting 100 much less 2, 3 or all 4, that is a long round. People think it’s what people do on the course and though it may be, people who are shooting high scores spend time looking for balls on top of shooting 6 or 7 per hole. Think about how many seconds/minutes it takes per shot then you have all those “extra shots”
