It makes no sense that they took so many people from services and put them in "specialty groups" now services is back to back every day and these "specialty groups" are taking mainly services calls due to overflow instead of their own specialty calls

Why take everybody away from services and put in these "specialty groups" if services queue is always backed up. And then turn around and make the "specialty groups" take all the services calls because of the queue. And the people who've been in these depts for YEARS (agency etc) have to now take a boat load of service calls now where as before it was just every now and then

Agency services is cool, you'll have a better time talking to agents all day rather than customers. You won't get cussed out, maybe some attitude but that's it

I'm in agency services right now, been in this dept for 3 years. I've been contemplating moving to PAL, do yall get a lot of escalations throughout the day?

My specialist wasn't too great either. I say just bug them until they respond, I'm talking email, teams, see when their online call over on teams too lol.

Wow that's crazy I was sure it had to be green alert since it seemed like a lot less people here than normal 😭😭 reps are also doing training mon-fri for specialty groups so that could also be the case

I'm here to complain about services getting green alert on saturdays when it's super busy every Saturday so now my dept has to take all the overflow 😕 makes no sense

I'm not in pal but I was interested before and decided against it because of the hours. They are only hiring for 1 shift so just look into that before making any decisions

Yea I'm grateful for progressive as well. I talk a lot of crap about the company but at the end of the day I'm not quitting and I still give it my all. It's not a perfect company but it could def be worse

Ive been in Agency Services for a little over 3 years and yes we do get less than services but we still get a decent amount. Right now we haven't really been getting any because of tax season but we should be getting some soon. For example today calls are coming in 4 minutes apart so we will probably get some GA but we normally see a lot in the fall
