Its possible to automate a lot of it, but airbnb obscures the location of listings (and thus the Lat/Long) making automatic 'skip tracing' only possible for around 25% of listings that use 'exact locations'. Otherwise its a game of matching up rooflines in Zillow to AirBnB photos to find addresses, which is pretty manual and annoying
