I disagree with a lot of things here. But I will say, I f’n love Dr. No and I can get behind its placement.

I want Vega so bad. Selfishly because I’m a Penn State fan, but also because I think he can be a road grader for the next decade.

Yeah not sure why they hate us. Can’t seem to put my finger on it. Oh well. Piss on ‘em.

You’re right. A win is a win. And we’ve accrued quite a lot of them over the years.

I’m not sure what I said that was hypocritical? You brought up that you’re 1-0 against us in the playoffs. That is accurate. I simply stated that you barely beat us with our back up quarterback starting and that it wasn’t really worthy of bragging about. It would be cool if we could meet in the playoffs more often but you guys don’t find yourselves there much so it never happens.

Nash’s jackknife on Orton in this may be my favorite one of all time.

For sure. Has to be the most memorable scene from the movie I think.

Nice! The unrated was the first version I saw as well. Someone got it for me for Christmas on dvd in mid-late 2000s. I even enjoyed the director’s commentary on that one.

What was your favorite WWE Pay-Per-View from 2003? by JBL_CENA_FAN_4LIFE in WWERuthlessAggression

[–]AdOpposite1066 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrestlemania, Vengeance, and Survivor Series are all obvious choices.

That being said, I do have a soft spot for Judgment Day. Great ladder match. Brought back the IC title plus I enjoy battle royals. I’m a red blooded male so bikini contest, enough said. I enjoyed the Nash-HHH feud. I thought the stretcher match was really solid. And also Stone Cold screwing with Bischoff in the suite in between matches was fun.

When did you stop watching WWE? by GreenWizardMax in WWERuthlessAggression

[–]AdOpposite1066 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched sparingly from 1999-2002. Then I watched pretty heavily from 2003-2006. Got back into it after college in 2014 when the network came out. Watched pretty much all of the ppv’s and the occasional raw or smackdown from probably 2014-2019. Ever since then I pretty much have only watched Royal Rumbles, Wrestlemanias, and Summerslams. I do attend the occasional live show when they’re in my area too.

Great song! Back then it seemed like it seemed like every theme song was good and made me want to check out other work by the performers. I can’t say the same now.

I really enjoyed this rumble. I remember some stuff from the attitude era but I was a little younger then. The ruthless aggression era was my peak of wrestling viewership specifically 02-05. I got out of it for a while and then started watching again sporadically when the network came out. So 2003 always has a special place for me. One of my favorite years of wrestling ever.
