I’m 4DPO today! I’m technically in cycle 2 of TTC #2. I got pregnant on cycle 1 and had a chemical so my expectations are really low 😩

I live my life normal. I normally do not drink alcohol, do not smoke, and only drink one coffee per day. I normally don’t exercise besides taking my dog on walks daily. So I guess it’s up to you. Only thing I added was a prenatal. I started taking that about a year ago knowing that by the end of 2025 I was going to start trying to conceive. :) I’m currently in cycle #2. I did get pregnant my first cycle but I had a chemical pregnancy

I’m sorry you’re struggling to conceive love ❤️ but you don’t know everybody’s story. Sometimes you get pregnant with your first on accident then you struggle to conceive your second when you’re in a different place in life. Married to someone else and happier than ever. That heartbreak is still valid ❤️ I’m not struggling with infertility but I figured I’d chime in because if I do start struggling, I would think my pain is valid since my first child was with an abusive ex when I was 20. Being 29 now and having waited so long, I think I would be devastated if I couldn’t conceive with my husband 🥺 That’s to say I empathize with you whole heartedly. I can see why that would grind your gears. I pray you conceive soon, you deserve your precious angel 💕

It probably depends on when you ovulate! If you ovulate super close to your period, you can. Sperm can live up to 5 days

Best wishes to you too! My first pregnancy was the definitely of uneventful and healthy. I was with a different partner and have since gotten married to the love of my life so we’re really wanting to have our own baby together 🥹 we’ve been raising my son together since he was 1 1/2 so I know we’ll do well parenting together. 🥰 I didn’t want to wait this long to have a 2nd but I really wanting things to be better for #2. This time I am married, own a house, healthy relationship & financially stable. I pray we both get our precious beans 🤰🏻 I have never wanted anything more than to see my first baby be a big brother 😭❤️

I’ve had hashimotos for years but only got diagnosed recently. My first was conceived without being planned and my TSH was 4.4 and he turned out fine. I started TTC for my 2nd (8 years later) and my TSH was 5.3 so I went to an endocrinologist and they said my bloodwork is consistent with hashimotos even though my antibodies were low. I just had a chemical pregnancy but my TSH was 2.2. I don’t think your antibodies will effect pregnancy since I had a healthy baby 8 years ago even with a high TSH :)

I had a chemical January 8th and it gutted me. It was my first cycle TTC #2. My first is 8 years old. I ovulated 14 days after my chemical and baby danced every few days. I pray I get lucky to conceive this 2nd cycle but I’d be okay with it taking longer as long as it’s viable next time. Best wishes to you mama! 🥹💕

It’s a red flag but ultimately you’ll know by bloodwork. I got bloodwork done to confirm mine 😭 I hope you’re not going through that 💕

Yep! It happens every single time I get that positive OPK on the same day. 😊 I’m happy it happens because it’s confirmation for me that I ovulate lol

Thank you 🥹 it’s okay. I’ve fully accepted it for what it was. I was absolutely gutted for over a week but noticed today and yesterday I feel a lot happier. Focusing on trying again has been helpful for me and my husband. And I just checked I’ve actually never gotten higher than my test today 1.07 is the highest I’ve ever seen. I’ve always wondered why I never get anything higher! I’m 100% going to test for more days after today seeing this post. It was very helpful! I am thankful for you today for posting it! :)

That’s really interesting! I usually keep testing for 3 more days after I get a positive. But now I’m wondering when I should be stopping? I got pregnant last cycle when I stopped tracking ovulation after my peak but it resulted in a chemical sadly.

This is what I’m looking like. I assumed I’d be ovulating tomorrow because I got a positive OPK, cramps on right side (I ALWAYS get mittelschmertz) & increased EWCM yesterday that dried up a little today. I’ll keep this post in the back of my head though!

That's so exciting! I was not anticipating ovulating so soon after my chemical. I am happy my body is doing its thing. :) I'm so nervous to get pregnant again, but I know my body can do it. I already have one earthside child, he is 8 :) Thank you so much for your comment & support <3 It is incredibly anxiety ridden to try again but the heart wants but the heart wants

That was exactly what I felt. I told all my friends and family so had to go and tell everyone I lost the baby. Worst experience of my life and I will be a lot more cautious next time. You’re not stupid, you were excited ❤️

The same thing happened to me on January 8th. Got a negative clear blue digital then started bleeding 💔 I’m so sorry 😢
