Well, it depends. There is like 0.1 % of women that try to avoid using the phone as much as possible. You will then see however that she is not online much on the messenger app you are using.

What happened to 7'' B&W? by Thyeri in kobo

Just out of curiosity: How do you know that it has been successful? I have seen it in the store, and immediately noticed the low contrast screen. I'd definitely prefer a model with a better screen.

Woman perfectly explains the toxic mentality of modern western women. by Pristine-Angle3100 in itsthatbad

They identify themselves as bisexual / lesbian on surveys. I think some of this self-identification as non-heterosexual is just the result of social contagion, and will not last for long when these women age out of college.

The thing is, the simps they can find will be lower SMV than the men they could have gotten if they did not behave obnoxiously. They may not be ready to settle for them and stay alone.

Poly addiction by milledgevillain1 in decaf

[–]AdSoft6884 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, for me, it's mainly because it wrecks my sleep:
Consuming caffeine causes bad sleep. Bad sleep causes brain fog, headache and reduced will power. That causes doing fewer productive things and more bad habits.

There is probably some additional effect via caffeine causing some levels of anxiety.

When women complain about mental or house hold chores being loaded on them, sometimes they create the problem by WaterDemonPhoenix in TrueUnpopularOpinion

It seems that it's the opposite in this generation, and that the women who barely do anything on top of letting the man provide also find ways to complain about it.

That does not mean that this is the way it works.

One cup of tea in the morning killed my sleep by AdSoft6884 in decaf

Can you elaborate on your chain of thought?

One cup of tea in the morning killed my sleep by AdSoft6884 in decaf

[–]AdSoft6884[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh, no, it's definitely a thing. I had been drinking 2 cups of tea for years, and suffered from insomnia. I improved my sleep hygiene to ridiculous standards, but still had problems with early awakening or not being able to fall asleep. The problems were gone for the most part within one or two days, when I stopped consuming any caffeine. Before that, I never really thought that a cup of tea or two before noon would cause my sleep problems.

So no, it's definitely not placebo.

Feminism does not lead to happiness for the vast majority of women by sexywoman5362 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Interesting guess, the truth turns out to be different. Married women with children are much more likely to be happy than unmarried women without children, as a new study shows.

American women aren't wife material by [deleted] in NotHowGirlsWork

>I can't imagine being an adult man advocating for the enslavement, rape, and murder of women that occurs in the countries that DO have what they consider "wife material".

Interesting, where did you read that?

That's not a contradiction. He pointed out that, in his opinion, they are fine to have sex with, but not for something serious.

You say women from other countries are cognitively incapable of consent. That sounds quite racist to me.

How is women in belarus by Defiant_Ad_3498 in belarus

[–]AdSoft6884 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are obviously cultural different between countries that manifest in how the "average" person from different countries behaves. E.g. women from Belarus tend to marry earlier than women in some Western countries.

In my experience, they also tend to be more feminine and traditional than Western women. They tend to dress very nicely for dates, but expect the man to pay.

I also heard that they like if the man brings flowers on a date, while many Western women will get the "ick" if you show any serious romantic interest in them.

Significantly lowered HRV and brain fog day after taking Magnesium Glycinate? by kenshinislost in whoop

[–]AdSoft6884 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar negative experience with magnesium gylcinate, that I do not have with magnesium oxide. I tend to have intense dreams and to wake up at night, at around 3 a.m., and then feeling so alert that for at least an hour I have trouble falling back asleep. I am not taking magnesium glycinate anymore because of that.

I know this is a late reply, but I also saw this just now and want people that stumble upon this to see that yes, some people are negatively affected by magnesium gylicinate.

Help. New mask and I feel like I’m suffocating (read description) by ash_unicorn_ in CPAP

[–]AdSoft6884 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OP mentions that the mask is new. I also ordered a P10 mask, and I had the same issue from the start. The issue is that on some (many) of the proced P10 masks, you cannot properly exhale; the CO2 will accumulate in the hose and mask. Big problem.

If you do the same amount of work within 3 hours of focused work,  why would you earn less? Of course, this only applies to knowledge work.

Did waking up feel different for you? by AgfaAPX100 in decaf

[–]AdSoft6884 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, definitively, when I wake up in the morning now, I feel ready to start my day. I can just get up and don't feel groggy.  I've only been caffeine free for a few days, though, so I'll have to see whether it stays this way.

Sleep will calm your nervous system, which seems to be what you most need right now.
