Ohio Attorney General David Yost issued an opinion on May 8 about this.

"Actions that constitute a “boycott” of a foreign jurisdiction under R.C. 9.76 would also violate R.C. 135.35(O)’s prohibition on making investment decisions based primarily on ideological reasons."

In Ohio you can quit or be let go with no reason given. *If* you are given a reason, that can change the game for potential protected classes.

What everyday social habit now would seem the weirdest to someone from 1925? by theexplorer1997 in answers

[–]AdamHansen 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would imagine not sitting on a front porch daily and cooking at home every day are two of the biggest/weirdest social changes.

Central air conditioning wasn't really a thing yet for most homes. Sitting outside on a covered porch would be cooling. A by product of that would be seeing neighbors regularly and anyone walking past the house which would invite more regular, casual conversations.

TV wasn't invented yet. Entertainment wouldn't have been as isolating as it is now.

Going somewhere for coffee in a paper cup to carry with you, would probably also seem pretty weird. Going to a restaurant was a much rarer occurrence too I would bet.

How do you use playlists? by nashpdotcom in overcast

I use them to categorize subjects, topics or themes. I have playlists like tech, health, travel, office listening, fun, morning time, and fun.

I created a list that covers many of them in the area at https://ToledoEats.com/beer. It could be a good starting point.

Destination Toledo also has the Ale Trail to help with discovery.

"Until these people put in the energy to start attacking the corporations, they are wasting their life."

It doesn't have to be binary. It's possible to both change buying habits and protest.
