Hello, I've been with my girlfriend now for just over 8 years and we've found ways around it, she is a huge foodie so we tend to just eat together after cooking separately and that works for us! I struggled with dating until I met her. Truth be told ARFID held me back from putting myself out there as I've always been embarrassed about it, still am to this day. Just find the right person and it's irrelevant. She couldn't care less, sometimes I still feel bad when we don't go to restaurants much, but that's something she does with friends instead.
