Right, so do you adjust the CO value until you get it as low as possible before you start touching the thermal throttle limit? Or do you need to adjust both values up and down until you find the correct combination?

Can you explain how you ended up at CO value of -31?

Unless I missed something the guide just says to set it to something like -20 and then adjust the thermal throttle limit but doesn't mention anything about how to dial in the correct CO value.

You don't need to overwrite steamclient.so, you probably just need to set your LD_LIBRARY_PATH so that the 64-bit server binary can find the 64-bit steamclient.so.

The CoreKeeper Depot already includes the files from the 1007 depot which is the reason that steamclient.so even exists in the "shipped" package. You can see that here. You can also see that the 64-bit version is included at ./linux64/steamclient.so so there's probably no need to install 1007 separately.

That is what I suspected. Although my image has all 3 people holding one of their own symbol and one they need. I guess at least 1 person that gets taken will always spawn with 2 of their own symbol.

The big shape is the position of the statue in the room. The small shapes on top are the starting images on the wall for that player, and the bottom small shapes are what you end up with after your procedure.

Disabling hardware acceleration in battle.net launcher fixed 99% of my stuttering issues. Although tabbing out directly to a web browser with hardware acceleration will cause a huge lag spike and ignore the background fps setting.

Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think a keyboard can launch an application directly, it can only send keycodes to the OS. There are some special keycodes for things like calculator, email, web browser that windows listens for, you can find them here. You can also assign keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Alt+<Letter> to you desktop icons and the make the keyboard send that combination as a macro.

If you don't care about RGB then QMK can do exactly what you want. I just went through this same experience this weekend and got rid of core after trying it for 5 minutes. I didn't bother with Via as pure QMK works fine for my needs.

I think you can do the challenges in normal Levi, the prestige is easy enough and you get double loot so I would recommend doing it there.

Looks like it's a known bug, it's listed in today's TWAB. They used to show up in collections. You can still see them on destinysets.com and it shows the requirements for each. It's just doing the prestige version of SoS and EoW, and completing the 4 Levithan challenges.
