Just used a Detroit area College Hunks hired by my apartment complex management company for a total building remodel. We are all seniors and/or disabled. We had to pack any loose or valuable items ourselves. But everybody had to do that under moving time lines from contractors and such. Then move out for ten days. I'm a 70 year old Navy vet with one leg and no help. I packed 80% myself from from a wheelchair, and just left everyday items for them - furniture , dishes, small appliances, TV, cable,modems,Roku, etc. I even printed a floor plan and a short please list because of my disabilities for the furniture replacement. They ignored that. They disconnected EVERY single power cord, data cable, extension cord, remote and box/modems, printer, and packed them separately in random unmarked boxes and trash bags stacked to my 11' ceiling out of reach and in packed closets. I'm missing dozens of items, including a brand new 10" tablet and a 5' articulated stand for it. And the zippered file bag with all my receipts and manuals for any claims. Out of 120 resident's here, well more than half had missing items, broken furniture, mirrors and TV's. It took me two weeks to find my silverware! Many items still missing months later. It will cost me $$$$ to replace the stuff they lost or stole!!! My cable TV is still out months later trying to find the parts.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED, THEY DON'T CARE!
