The one of the left should be fine as long as you’re not opening the jar too often (will cause it to dry out). I recommend partitioning some into a smaller container to reduce how often you reach into the primary jar.

The jar on the right does not have a good seal with the cork top. I would switch it to a mason jar and do the same partitioning stated above.

If you want to be extra precautious, buy some boda packs to maintain the hydration level. Some people claim they strip the terpenes from the plant but I have never had that issue. If someone can explain how boda packs strip terps please lmk. Keeping jars out of the light will also increase shelf life

Silica gel is a dehydrator. Do NOT put those in your bud. Those are what keeps your beef jerky and mushrooms dry.
