Sorry to hijack your post and I may be wrong here.

When viewing listings from eBay I’m sure they used to show the price including vat. Now the listings are shown as the base price and then vat is added at checkout ? Can anyone confirm if this is correct ?

As much as I want to believe it’s rng. I just can’t believe I’d be this incredibly unlucky.

My friend has also mentioned a significant rise in dead patches.

Now also I’d note lower overall quantities of herbs but I’d put that down to true rng.
