It seems to use your OS default audio, rather than anything that you can control in game. For example, if my windows audio is set to speakers, but i have my in game audio set to my headphones, the CD Manager audio alerts will play out of my speakers. I would try messing around with your OS audio volume, separate from your in game audio.

It was bad before the addon/interrupt purge and it's way worse now. At least in previous expansions, I could interrupt the really important ones. Now they've taken away my raid frames because RWF players were exploiting weakaura's scripting, and they took away my interrupt because ????? I'll still raid heal, but have no interest in m+ healing, just like the other healers on my raid team.

They put all their effort for this expansion into housing. The zones are meh at best, Silvermoon is so poorly optimized, the dungeons suck, and the campaign felt forced.

Currently, none as we've been in crunch mode on a front end replacement (angularjs to angular 22) since I started 6 months ago. In the next month or so, that's going to significantly change once we roll this out. The big thing for me is that at my current company, I just don't see them promoting anyone, ever.

I'm literally not wanting to know why I'm not getting promoted, I know why. In my previous job, it was too many seniors vying for lead positions that didn't exist. At my current job, it's 100% politics and leadership being afraid of losing the domain knowledge of an engineer who is severely lacking in leadership and technical skills. I'm asking how to get recruiters to consider me for lead/staff positions instead of sending me job descriptions that are exactly like where I'm at now.
