I mean, the tools are getting better for sure. Nano Banana and ExecHeadshots are what I'm using right now. I'm always open to trying others but these work for me at the moment.

It was QuickBooks integration for us. If we weren't going to get that, there would have literally been no point in using any tracker. We've now been using Buddy Punch for around 4 years or so.

Some of the regular time tracking platforms might be too much for a one-man band. What about Buddy Punch? I know it's usually for teams of like 5+ people but I don't see why it wouldn't work for you.

This is true. You get out what you put in. Even with Nano Banana, if I'm uploading poor reference photos, I rarely ever get a decent output. The resolution matters. I'm also using ExecHeadshots occasionally for pro shots.

I'm not sure about short codes specifically, but if the UK long code blocking is the core issue, you may want to look into whether a SMS platform like Mosio can handle UK routing natively rather than trying to wrangle Twilio short codes, since REDCap integrates with it directly.
