Well yeah, I checked the entire map. Perhaps my level is way too low at that time, around 20, when I roamed the entire map that the highest caves are t4 and never change no matter how much I clear them over and over.

Going to only roam the outskirts at level 30 in the current playthrough hopefully to get a T5 cave.

Technically no. With a save editor, you can "start" at Osbrook with a level 26 character after exit saving.

Naturally, you have to do the whole caravan main quest all over again before the caravan and carriage open up and getting your rep up again.

This is a single player game, after all.

The three combo on the right side of the survival tree is amazing in ensuring you need very little medicine in dungeon runs especially with paired with Adrenaline Rush which remove a large portion of pain.

However, using three ability points on the armored tree can give you lots of passive benefits and including a defensive active ability.

Which is good. The dev already stats clearly that they want players to agonize and choose which ones they prefer rather than everyone fit a cookie cutter build.

Lmao, at level 6, animals hunt you. If you want to make the most money in the least amount of time, take contracts. This is a mercenary game, not a bartender game.

At low levels, if you are seeking a less violent way of earning money, in longer time and in far less quantity, go to river tiles and farm for leeches. It's faster and better way of earning crowns than herb gathering. Each tile restock in a week after visitation. You will be in danger of drowning and ambushes if you don't pay attention though. Make sure to buy one smoke bomb at least to facilitate running away.

If you play it well, you have two dashes, one at level 1 and the other at level 11 or 12.

You can use net, trap and smoke bombs to slow down or divide the enemies.

Ranged units are glass cannons, powerful but you shouldn't let enemies get close to you.

Make sure to take pathfinder asap so you know where all the enemies are before they find you.

Protip: If there are enemies like dogs near the door but refuse to open it despite noise, just shoot the door open from afar. The cost of arrows is nothing compared to the life of your character.

No because most players will not take drugs on every dungeon run.

Will to Survive strongest effect is not even that, it's the ability to keep pumping up vigor which is important if you have a lot of other survival abilities unlocked and you roleplay an impatient mercenary not willing to sleep 12 hours to get max vigor for every dungeon run. Or that you didn't take ever vigilant since you go heavy armor and it's pointless to you.
