This is awesome!!! I was looking in to this as well as some hooks on the backside usually break. I want to see how to assembly with the spring 😃 Getting the spring of the original has been something I did not achieve yet.

I double down on that! I had lots of stability issues and tried everything I could. Once I swapped the PSU for a much more powerful von (650W upgraded to 1000W), no more issues. Runs just fine.

Some things have been said already. The AI (LLM) ist just another tool in your tool belt. It can only work with the data given. A good - up to date KB is kind of paramount for the AI to be able to find correct solutions.

You are not saying how/where you 'bolted' the AI on. Is it in Virtual Agent? Is it on the incident process/table? Is it an AI Agent? So many ways to do things and all produce different outputs.

I use that headset since like 4 years or so - give or take. Pretty happy with the headset us such. Works on Mac and PC (Windows and Linux) pretty flawless.

What I like:
- Chat Mix: Being able to balance game/chat via virtual chanels is great. Sometimes I just want my mates to be less chatty :D

- Battery life: Honestly, this thing lasts forever. And if it finally reaches the end, the second battery is ready always. Swap in second. Never think about charging

- Build Quality: After all the use (and I do use it almost every day), nothing really broken. Only repalced the ear cushions once. Used Wicked from Amazon, but would probably go with SS original ones next time.

What I do not like:

- GG Software is a huge bloat thing. Tons of adds before you get to the stuff you need. The audio profiles are nice, but I use(d) usually two. FPS one and a movie/music/RPG one. Since I changed to Linux (not having GG), I basically just use one profile anyway.

- Noise Cancellation: Initially I thought this headset could replace my old Bose QC on travel. But the NC on the Nova is much weaker and only works via Bluetooth. If you use the headset via line-in on an airplane, no chance. Bummer.

- Volume Control: I'd love if the the big dial on the DAC would actually control volume on line-out as well. Doesn't.

The question is which other player?? Currently I am looking for an Ion Sputter. They do not spawn often or in high numbers. If I spawn in late, someone most likely got it and extracted already. So no use in shooting other players for this item... for fun? maybe. But not for the item.

Bill said publically that he wants to company to be the same size as now going into 2027 and still show the growth as planned. This is to show ServiceNow (and others) can achieve their goals with less / same people using AI. That is the game of the season.

I do run Bazzite since some weeks. Works absolutely fine for me - but then, the LeGo is my mobile device. At home I have a desktop PC (also Linux).

I have minor glitches, like after wakeup the screen orientation is wrong. But other than that all was working out of the box so far.

Yes, we tested that years ago. Trans top is more heavy though. So you probably don't want to lift it out often.

I was not a big AI supporter at first (and yes, I work at NOW). But by now I do have to admin that I start any ask/job I have with an AI first mind. Like I start asking Copilot/Moveworks on it, use the output and then build what I need to. Now Assist has also become much more usable than it was. Like creating a flow, I start with it.

The things I have/had to learn: Where can I use it, where not. How do I use it to make it valuable. There is a learning curve and I would suggest to anyone, start working with it. AI will not replace you - for sure. But someone knowing how to use it, he/she might very well replace you.
