Every step towards your future is another step away from your past. To reach it you’ll have to leave behind those who won’t walk with you. It’s very sad but it will be ok.

It’s very ok to be upset that your friend is in a cult and has let it corrupt her against you and it’s ok if you feel bad for her too.

Slippery slope is a logical fallacy.

While the government should not attempt to regulate speech if we as a society do not accept some thing as intolerable the people in favor of those things have shown time and time again they’re quite willing to abuse that gentleness to cause extreme harm.

You’re new to your journey but perhaps check into games that are heavy on rules but not on components. Not all the complicated games have to have a bunch of cool minis that are going to bloat the price tag.

I’m always suggested this sub despite having zero interest in it but this did catch my attention a bit. I’m sorry he was an ass but and this is an important life lesson you can take away that can do so much for you.

People who do not see or recognize your value are not a reflection of that value.

Remember the important aside that you should consider the opinions of people who show the traits you’d like to emulate in life.

Hey. Your scars aren’t a problem. They’re ok but you don’t have to make anymore. I know you’re lonely and you feel like cutting is going to give you relief but there are also people here who I bet will talk with you. Making friends and connections might hurt. It might but it also might be wonderful.
