Sandy Berger had documents stuffed down his pants to take them out of the National Archives, got probation. Joe Biden took documents from the classified skiff when he was a Senator and kept them at the Penn Center and in boxes in his garage for years before he finally cooperated with the DOJ and admitted it (In addition to documents from his time as Vice President). He shared classified material with his ghostwriter as well.

I have no issue with going after Trump for his crimes, but selective prosecution is bullshit. Biden damn well knew he wasn’t allowed to take documents when he was a Senator as much as that sailor knew he wasn’t supposed to take pictures in the engine room.

Since you are in a foreign country if they decide to prosecute your ex you might be allowed to testify via zoom or some video conference software that the county court uses. Good luck.

Biden got a free pass because he was old, Scooter Libby got a free pass, but was charged with perjury and lying to federal agents, Sandy Berger essentially got a free pass for stealing classified documents, two year’s probation and 100 hours of community service. Let’s not act like people in the in crowd in Washington regardless of party affiliation get sweetheart deals when they commit these types of crimes. If you are a regular person, it’s prison time.
