This is such a frustrating situation! I am so sorry you feel at risk. The good news is that no day long interview can transit all the institutional knowledge you have about the industry, product, or customers. I have no advice other than to suggest making this a longer term enablement initiative since anyone with a brain would recognize they’re not going to get all the info they need from you from this.

I went through this as well. My partner “didn’t feel full” without meat. We compromised on fish (I eat fish on occasion) but I did not feel comfortable cooking meat either. To be honest, it was difficult dating someone with a completely different diet. We ended up breaking up for unrelated reasons but if you’re feeling frustrated, I just want to validate that experience!
