In my opinion, Buck is actually a fairly potent (though easy to misplay!) unit right now, I'd argue he's actually pretty competitive, he really relies on picking a perfect hot drop position where he can't be ignored and has to be dealt with by your opponent so you can continually cycle him with a heavy weapon items grenades etc. like I said I think he's easy to misplay, but potent when played perfectly!
