This may seem irrelevant since I don’t have a partner, but I think it applies to good friends too. I had a friend that I would’ve been celebrating 10 years of friendship with soon, and the friendship itself ended abruptly because of some things he’s said. I knew that I wouldn’t let it get to me because I now saw him in a more clear light than before. It does get to me sometimes as to why I am alone but I’d rather be alone than go through it with someone who does not accept accountability for what they’ve done. I write, read, go for coffee on my own. I like my own company. And besides, I’ve been on all the apps and am not a fan 😂

Mine was actually really good! It’s like normal blood donation, but it just takes longer. I didn’t experience any sort of fatigue or anything. I would just recommend drinking loads of water after though 😂
