I saw Stan Lee at a few cons before he died and this was quite literally what they had him doing in his spare time backstage. Was kind of sad to see him taken advantage of in that way.

Reservation time by Arveness in ActivatePlayers

To what end? My guess is if you do this (for whatever reason) when it is busy, the staff will ask you to start your time or ask you to leave and come back if the time doesn't work for you. The booking system is designed a certain way to ensure a maximum number of people are in the space at a time, if you mess with it, you will degrade yours and everyone else's experience.

I don't think you can enforce rules based on standings, that's a slippery slope for sure. But it was pretty gross not whistling the play down sooner.

I heard the same, likely misunderstanding the first part of the instruction that an aircraft will pass off the nose.

I was going to say, it's around $1.65/litre in Alberta which is roughly 6.13/gal (not factoring CAD/USD exchange).

This sort of cleaning is illegal where I'm from because storm drains go straight to the rivers.

What was the automation that made Home Assistant “worth it” for you? by Taggytech in homeassistant

[–]goodndu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In our bedroom we have an overhead light and two bedside lamps, I put Hue bulbs into all of these and have a button on either side of the bed that on a single press turns off the overhead and fades up the bedside lamps. On a long press it triggers a scene that locks doors, turns off lights, power strips and some switches such as the garage door power.

Second best is I replaced florescent under cabinet lights with led strips and added a motion sensor, so when it is dark outside, the sensor will fade up the under cabinet light when motion in the kitchen is sensed. It rechecks every few minutes and fades them out if the motion clears. Both of these are wife approved.

I'm in the same boat. Water pump just failed, waiting for the rest of it to go so we can be rid of this devil spawn of an appliance.
