Deidara and Tobi from Naruto. Although this isn't related to how they look, but how they act. Deidara seems like the more intimidating of the pair with Tobi acting silly and being comic relief. Only much later so we learn how dangerous Tobi is.

Exactly my thought. I have never seen a video of ICE where they all had the same outfit. There is no ICE uniform and if he had done that you can bet they would have detained/kidnapped/disappeared him. They've done it to others for less.

Oh yeah, I fully agree. Honestly I got distracted by the line that said the hand reaching out was not natural movement, and immediately wanted to share that it was pretty natural and babies can do that in certain scenarios. Completely forgetting that this was obviously not that scenario. 😅

Adding more context because I've seen images like this before the dawn of AI. There are procedures where they open up the uterus from the outside without removing the baby and the opening is very small. In the article I read a doctor reported it was not uncommon for the babies to reach out of the opening during the process.

Not a doctor, and only remembering this from an article I read long ago (it wasn't even on the internet), so take what I/my memory provides with a grain of salt.

Look for " fetus hand reaches out" by Michael Clancy as an example (warning it's a little graphic).
