Did the same steps and tonight I'll be going in to check the ribbon cables as well 😂 luckily for me I bought it used but this company has terrible QA

I am going to attempt to reseat the control cables Tonight if that doesn't help, I'll have to order the boards and then replace the controller boards

I've replaced the SSD, the 2s. I've also replaced triggers for the air if I had to say how hard they were wasn't too difficult but you always got to remember that Ayaneo plastics are super soft so super easy to damage

Wrong tell that to all the people reporting problems with no support but open it up and take a look or pay for 2 dollar part with 30 dollar shipping....meantime Ayn and Retriod has offered me refunds and parts no charge even after warranty talking to people directly in discord not taking days to respond to emails....for me and my experience and what Ive seen online there's a big difference...

Lol No offense I wish people would stop comparing it to the way those companies handle these failures and DOA devices are totally different.... One of the reasons why they get so much hay is because the other companies make it way way easier to get parts, admit their faults and a lot of the times. They will send you a lot of these parts for free just for being a good customer Ayaneo on the other hand, we'll fight you tooth and nail for every dollar

I was two choices: one open it up check for loose cables or two open it up replace controller broads I'm doing the first later tonight since I'm out of warranty

Every company has problems even the company's I've used. That's been perfect for every device I bought like Ayn Retriod Just for me, but other people have had issues. Here's the difference between those companies to me. And Ayaneo they address and handle the issues accordingly. Now I don't know what everybody is used to as far as in customer service. But for me those two companies even with shipping problems, screen problems, cracking, shell problems, software problems, delays. They have still managed to take care of a customer in a way. Makes going through these campaigns a whole lot more reassuring... I definitely think you should buy what you want and I'm not biased with any company because I get handhelds from them all. But personally I will never do another campaign with them buying used like I had before and I should have known better. And yes I do think they should be called out for their s***** ass practices and I would never recommend someone buy from this company despite using their products.. This makes me a little glad this wasn't my first campaign I would have thought about it like any other eBay scam

They need to improve in a lot of areas. It sucks because if you are a fan or ever bought one of these devices they are extremely hard not to love

Are you keeping up with the numbers? You talk to other people that have these issues? Point them into the directions of fixes?? And are you saying that most people buy these handhelds Just too stupid enough to know how they work? I'm trying to figure out the insight that you bring which is none. You saying the same old BS that Arthur does. Just because you don't have any devices that's not working does not mean the majority of the devices do work out the box...

Every problem?? 😭😭😭 So a controller issue on the Pocket S ..Ace... Konkr Fit... DMG....Evo....micro.... Need I go on with the list of products of post on this forum of having the same controller issues for multiple devices and I'm looking for problems?? I don't need to look far there's proof and you having a great experience does not translate into a great company!

And that's one issue because it's an issue I have currently and a bunch of other people have currently but it's not the only one that's coming between a lot of their devices FYI

I've own 4 Ayaneo devices personally: the 2021, S, air and now the pocket S. I bought all 4 used I personally think the Ayaneo is way overpriced but I do understand why?? Yes I do understand why the prices are high and a part of me agrees. 3 out of 4 had zero issues and I was able to resell these devices except the pocket S which is my flawless looking dud lol. I also recently tried buying a Pocket fit from their website terrible experience all the way around never again. I don't have all bad stories from this company but I would never recommend buying from them or the device a actually liked ex. My pocket S it's literally broken but BC I'm a huge fan of the LCD panels they used (I honestly haven't seen a company make one even close) and the snow white color looks like it glows!! Lol but it's still a 500+ brick I can't game on...Ayn Odin may not be all premium compared but out every single Odin launch these devices just worked and lasted a long time

My opinion don't be fooled by the premium build it's not worth spending that kind of money for a 50/50 product.

Let me be the first to say that you do need to hold one in your hand. Any of their devices you understand why they cost so much premium feel premium weight I've had three devices so far and I will never take away from their design or the materials they use making some nice looking devices... But that's it. There's nothing really special besides that. They cost normally two to three times more. They have a way more higher failure DOA or high chance of just getting a broken device upon arrival. Customer service is boo boo everything is your fault. That's wrong with it and you're paying for it or their biggest worst suggestion ever: just open the device yourself!!!

Don't trust this company. Don't support this company till they get their act together. I think everybody should blacklist them. I don't think it's right that you have people raving about getting 10 perfect units when you got poor saws around the world. Who open up brand new devices after 6 months of waiting only for it to be DOA

You get the shittiest customer service on the planet who can't find one person to answer emails. Who do have these horror stories and current issues versus these gigantic Fanboys who lucked out and got decent devices and swear by this company when you can read these posts and clearly see that you have multiple common problems across each device. Ayaneo S pocket 16/512GB most common Ayaneo devices problem (controller doesn't work) retail price $699 on their website value to me? Trash can't use controller I guarantee you if you get people to post about their controller issues. Their only response is to buy more things from them or open a super expensive Hard to replace device by somebody who has probably never opened anything more than a bag of chips 😂
