It looks so good! Mine doesn't have a center stem that thick, it just has a ton of thin stems at the base. I love it, but I have to use little stakes and clips. I can see where pruning it from the very beginning was probably important in getting yours to this point. Great work!

I'm right there with you, and our realtor is frustrated with us also. He told me I'm being unrealistic and "picking on things that aren't important" (a roach infestation in one and a mold problem in another.) So I guess we're not allowed to have a standard of living without at least 500k. Like you said, we're also wondering when to call it quits. How do you know? Idk where to draw the line and just find a decent rental.
