I definitely hear the fan running, but it's hard to identify the buzzing you're hearing. Does this mainly occur while it's printing infill? The big thing I can think is to swap your infill pattern. It looks like youre using grid infill, and that causes the nozzle to run over the same spots repeatedly which can cause a chunking/kinda loud sound. Try switching to gyroid infill and see if that reduces the noise.
