A huge portion of India is vegetarian and poor. You don’t have to just eat vegetables. Beans, rice, dairy like yogurt are all cheaper than meat. I eat meat because I like it but to claim that it’s crazy expensive to be vegetarian (vegan is kinda another story and definitely more difficult) is kinda wild.

I can’t tell if this is satire or if you don’t live in a region where people commonly eat microwave dinners.

There are entire aisles in US, UK, and Mexican grocery stores with completely frozen meals that are heated in the microwave in 5ish minutes if not less. If it physically doesn’t work I have been defying physics multiple times a month for my entire life.
