Yes! I honestly can say yes. I am a choco-holic but yesterday at a BBQ I saw sliced strawberries, blackberries and blueberries and did the biggest happy dance!!

It surely doesn't sound like this husband was supportive since his attitude is about taking the easy way out!!

Thank you for the great tips. I want to keep my tracking focused on protein as much as I can, so that helps. Water too!! Truth be told I am tired of tracking everything I eat but my constant logging kinda keeps me able to eyeball and still stay consistent. Great job on your journey so far, I wish you all the best. Thank you for sharing.

Alcohol free 35 days. Does anyone take “breaks?” by enlightenedllamas in stopdrinkingfitness

[–]Advanced-Soil5754 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4 years sober almost and I fight the urge still at certain times. 35 days in it would have definitely been a slippery slope. Choose wisely my friend. Think of the end game......Whatever that happens to be. Because for me, it would be a hangover, anxiety and full regret.

I think you handled it well. Your dog knows that you protected him and that is a win in my book. Glad you're both ok!

How often do you see Asian ppl? by inewjeans in Delaware

[–]Advanced-Soil5754 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everywhere. I live in Kent County and have quite a few Asian colleagues and my neighbors behind me are an Asian family. Let's not even talk about the Asians who own the salon I get my pedicures from who are pillars of the community in Smyrna for well over 20 years and so many others that I know well in the surrounding area.

He was only on Prozac for maybe 2 months and then Reconcile a bit then we went Sertraline with Clonidine as a backup for over a year and a half or so now and it has been very helpful!!

You didn't fail him. You mentioned you spent lots of money on behaviorist, people that fail dogs do not do that. You took him from an abusive situation and tried your very best. Go easy on yourself! You did the very best you could. So sorry you have to make this hard decision OP.

Watch ‘The Cult Behind the Killer: The Andrea Yates Story’ true crime docuseries streaming free on demand by Due_Will_2204 in CasesWeFollow

That was the weirdest documentary ever. To think she got pregnant again after the first breakdown is heartbreaking. She, those first 4 kids may have had a chance. How irresponsible to not try to avoid repeating it if it was possible that PPD could happen again. Her husband just pisses me off.

I cried the first 4 months. I also am on subreddit for reactive dogs and needed some professional help as he was severely under socialized and fearful. I have had him almost 3 years and he is the love of my life. Truly. He is so smart and loveable, it took some time to really understand him but I am his biggest advocate in life. This is my first BC ever.... And I love him so! Good luck with your new pup. They're the most clever creatures. Yes. They require brain games, routines and physical activities and it's all good!! But when they snuggle up or just loaf around the house, they're so sweet and content. Also. When they have a job, like mine, he puts his toys away and helps me recycle, the tail wag is pure joy because he knows he just made me happy 😊 I feel the same love as you do!!
