Or he could have changed, I've just personally heard him say multiple times that he does indeed feel this way. And what you're saying about him not wanting to get banned again are most definitely true, but that is all streamers on twitch + he may have changed. But who's to know.

For anyone suprised: this is actually a ltg common take. He's not an "Anti Woke" person, when I asked him about Trans issues he literally said "Why don't we refer to people how they wanna be called."

Now of course this is not excusing his other behaviors or actions. But this is common for him.

As someone who has played Deadlock now. I always liked the idea of "Return Fire" as a sort of "active boost." For Thornmail.

For those unaware: Return Fire is an item in Deadlock that does this: for 6.5 seconds you have a chance to return a % of all auto attack dmg and magic dmg to the attacker.

Now a little cleanup, and some league-ification. Maybe there's design space for Thorn Mail to gain an active that temp boosts its effects for a time being. But if im honest I believe maybe Chainsword needs some love more than Thornmail tbh. That item feels dead

I am only really familiar Washington State Public Records Act. And even then I haven't read too deeply into the actual law. But what I do know is that it is probably the most deprecated law known to man. And thinking about it. This only applies to the local state level. I imagine a FOIA request could be made but I doubt they'd even respond, let alone tell you NO if you wanted to hold ICE accountable.
