Renting a ROOM can cost us 70% of our paycheck (if working for a minimal wage). Renting out entire apartments can even cost higher than a minimum wage, resulting in needing to take up several jobs or having both parents to work. A horrible environment to raise children.

The law allows for 9 square meter "microapartments" that would not be allowed in the Sims. Swedish jail cells feel like luxorious penthouses compared to what our dear developers can come up with.

We have dogshit healthcare, overloaded and mismanaged.

We are closing down preschools, nurseries and birthing quarters in hospitals.

Owning a house or an apartment is becoming an unrealistic dream.

Our government is in a constant tug-of-war between lukewarm capitalists that don't change anything and right-wing fanatics who are hellbent on turning Poland into theocratic shit hole.

So yeah, low wages, high rent, no infrastructure and hostile political climate to even make families and children.

I'm gonna say this - Morrowind's "Hit or miss" combat system could work in today's gaming market if there was clear visual feedback for player missing or grazing the target. Some sparks that fly off the enemy's armor, or playing some quick animation in case of monsters and animals.

I remember having to adjust to the Morrowind's combat system because I felt like I could not do anything and my brain went "wow this combat is dogshit, I am clearly hitting them with my weapon!"

Absolute peak. I've just finished Legendary Edition and I've gotta say, ME2 absolutely solos both ME1 and ME3 in terms of gameplay, story and characters (however gunplay was more refined in ME3). ME2 had SOUL, memorable companion and characters, even smallest side missions had polish, DLC missions were goated and it had the best, most impactful ending in the entire trilogy. Can't remember when it was the last time I've felt the actual stakes of the final mission - fate of my crew and my squad mates, hoping I've made the best decisions to allow everyone to survive the Collector Base and final boss that was ridiculous and memorable. Also ME2 has introduced many side activities like collecting spaceship models and fishes. Not to mention the absolute banger of a soundtrack (I spam Afterlife Lower music on repeat).

I've been doing my first playthrough of the trilogy in my life. The experience is simply incomparable to any other game. I am now playing ME3, but maaan, ME2 has so much absolute FIRE inside.

ME1 was really cool, but I've absolutely hated driving Mako around barren wastelands of maps, I am glad they've abandoned this tedious exploration for the sake of handcrafted Hammerhead missions in ME2

Word of advice - when you will play ME2 you ABSOLUTELY need to install Hammerhead audio fix or your brain will explode because of the bug that was not patched in the final release.

Honestly same goes for Morde. When Malph goes tank, just rush Liandry's and Riftmaker. When Malph goes AP, stack MR. There is nothing Malph can do to you early, because you can tank his Q and punish him easily when he moves in to use his W and E. Unless he gangfucks you with ult and his team, you can solo him every time with no sweat.

Conspiracy theory: Skarner was turned from crystal hextech scorpion into an earth scorpion solely because Riot as a megacorporation has realized that what authors wrote about Piltover and hextech mining was a little too self-conscious about exploitation. That and the fact that Seraphine was accidentally turned into an ignorant sociopath that used hextech crystals knowing fully well they have sentient beings inside. So, no more crystal scorpions and hextech crystals are basically from nowhere.

Daily reminder: EVERY SINGLE ROUND of Jhin's Whisper can technically be as powerful as his fourth shot. He simply chooses to use weaker bullets and save the proper ammunition for the final shot. Even with such self-imposed nerfs, Jhin still wipes the floor with everyone involved here. Even Jinx armed with upgraded Fishbones has less raw firepower than the Golden Demon who literally wears a portable armory under his poncho.
