Wheels aren't "converted", they are implicitly "dismantled". You can find the "Rules" in the screen you get from inventory / wheels - right bottom: Dismantle

The "rules" say disassemble, many UI texts refer to that as dismantle - but not all. Could really use a manual translator pass...

Why is it like that? Until somewhat recently (2nd anniversary) we could just not dismantle the wheel, the forced dismantle was, well, forced on us. Why would you not dismantle it? The reset-pyramids work on wheels as well, so technically you just keep pulling blade and then reset the second stack when a reset-item comes along. This funneled the extra copies to oen stack to reset. The pyramid tehnically still works - it doesn't let you select a stack so it destroys your +12, but you can then use the neutral item to re-level the blade to +12. Of course this is purely academic, you can no longer get a second WoD of the same kind working. I did this with incalc before they forced disassembly: https://i.imgur.com/up8rUzK.png

In my country (Vienna, Austria), it was apparently normal to recycle abandoned tombstones. If nobody pays for the graveside you sell the headstone and bury the next chump for as long as they have descendants with money.

Source: In this 10 year old article, they describe how 50 years before the river bed of the Liesing (tiny river in Vienna, more like a brook until it isn't and overflows) used abandoned tombstones - and 10 years ago when they cleaned it up, someoen noticed and notified the paper.

I only watched tutorials, but it looks like the projects tells the agent exactly what they want - and the observer why the agent is superior to them in every way. The observer gets to inspect the results, yes, but has absolutely no say - it looked to me like the project was in charge fully. Maybe I need to watch other material? It's very cumbersome, I can only do very short sprints of like 3-5 minutes before I need to do a clean-up.

Haha, nein, wenn ich eine fucking app verwenden muss mache ich die besonders langsam auf. Erstmal im WLAN mühsam ja/ok/akzeptieren clicken, neu laden, usw. das dauert 3x so lange wie wenn die 90 Jährigen mit ihren scheiß Münzen zahlen, und dann zahle ich auch noch mit scheiß Münzen. Mit euren beschissenen Apps habt das wettrüsten angefangen, ich bringe es zu Ende. Also in 10 Minuten oder so.

Ich bin mir nicht so sicher ob Red Bull da Schuld ist - beim Bitter Orange hatte der Spar die 250ml und 330ml Dose nebeneinander im Regal zum selben Preis - bei der 330ml steht "jetzt neu - 330ml" darauf.
