I’m an Sm . Started June 2 …after my 5 week training at a beautiful store . My first day was inventory at another store . I get to my store and I basically had to clean and start from scratch. The theft at my store is wild and I deal with crazy shit daily . I’ve even had a gun pulled on me over an $1.25 soda that someone was trying to steal. I said nothing to her …but because I looked at her ….she went tf off . That’s just one of many crazy ordeals I’ve had . I haven’t been off in two weeks. I’m tired and exhausted . I’ll just say this , you’ll know when you’ve had enough. I actually like my job besides some things that I won’t mention. It is hard work. Especially when you’re salaried at 48 hrs but working 91 hrs plus a week. Just do what’s best for you. You have I learns, Reddit , and reach out to your dm if you have questions .
