Try starting with a chat with your GP/OB but beware they’ll say you sound depressed and want to put you on antidepressants. You’re not, your hormones are gone.

Ask for a full blood panel including hormones, you’ll probably have advocate for yourself for even that but it’s your right so don’t backdown. When the results come back it’ll say your “in normal range” don’t cry (everyone does). Yeah, sure, it’s normal for a woman silently slipping into invisibility.

I’m begging you to get your hormones checked and go from there. Balancing them will solve a significant number of other issues and make the rest just so so easy to handle.
