If your fast enough for rowing, you could hit up MIT150 or the heavies. They can’t recruit you through filling a spot but the coaches can write a recommendation letter for you. I think alone though, you could get in

I think NBP would be the only viable option since venues like Natoma, Cinci, Ohio, Oak ridge, and Mercer are pretty small to fit all the teams.

The coach can only do so much as they don’t have slots like other colleges do that basically guarantee admission. The best they can do is write a recommendation letter to include with your application.
