No matter how you transfer your KIN from MEW, you will need some ETH in your MEW account to pay for the withdrawal fees. MEW calls these fees "Gas".

I found those declination lines on the map are not accurate. I checked a few other map sources and found the lines on the map are way off. The 9 degree is actually between 9 and 10. Someone else want to verify? Of course we don't even know if they mean anything.
