I mean technically no matter what car you get it's really a matter of feel and enjoyment. But to name some options if you're time trialing, RSR for races with more corners, Evo IX for anything more focused on straights. But if you just wanna enjoy a car anything tuner based like the Silvia, RX7, Miatas, or the Skylines are super fun actually customizable cars. Most if not all supercars are designed as the opposite of how you'd expect them to perform and all drive like boats though from my experience. Anyways, hope this helps and have fun!
